The BIG LUNCH, Sunday 19th July 2009.
Sunday 19th July 2009 is the date set for an initiative known as the BIG
LUNCH, which encourages millions in the UK to get together and share
lunch. The organisers hope the BIG LUNCH will become an annual national
event when the communities of Britain can sit down together, share food,
drink and conversation, explore their differences and join together in a
celebration of what unites us. Local people can get an organisers' pack of
information, or look at the website The BIG LUNCH, and organise
their own street lunch.

The Stomping Ground Play Area
Work on The Stomping Ground play area is continuing. The dead trees have
been removed and new mature tress planted. The new fence will be erected
and the play equipment installed once the levelling and reseeding of the
site has finished.

Bucks Sport Portal
The Bucks Sport Portal
provides information, resources and online networking for the delivery of
sport across the county. The aim is for everyone to be more active and to
enjoy the benefits of sport at whatever level through involvement.
