Free online volunteering platform for Buckinghamshire

Volunteer Bucks, the online volunteer platform for Buckinghamshire, helps potential volunteers to find and apply for volunteering opportunities according to interests, location, and availability.

Launched by local charity Community Impact Bucks in September 2024, the platform now has over 300 volunteer vacancies ready to be filled from 129 organisations from across the county – from foodbanks and community libraries, to conservation charities and youth organisations.

Over 650 people have already signed up to the platform in its first six months, with 90 volunteers already having started in their role and many more in the pipeline. Extra features include an online quiz to help those unsure what type role would suit them, and an interactive map. If you are 13-17 years old or need support, there is a team on hand to help.
