Theatre in the park wows Burnham audiences!

Last Thursday night saw the debut of the Parish Council's 'Theatre in the Park' plan - bringing open air theatre to Burnham Park.

It was absolutely gorgeous weather in beautiful surroundings, and the audience was rewarded with an amazing performance of 'Gentle Harry's Farm' by the awesome Rude Mechanical Theatre Company. The show had everything: song, dance, laughter, tears, wigs, costumes and talking magpies, and a great time was had by all!

The show continues on its tour around the country, and we very strong recommend it to anyone who gets the chance to see it!

We also hope to bring more outdoor theatre performances to Burnham in the future!
