Village

Village is a large-scale photographic project taking place across Buckinghamshire this September, drawing on the beloved works of 16th-century Flemish artist, Pieter Bruegel the Elder.

Photographer Camilla Greenwell and choreographer Theo Clinkard have created a celebratory photo project that uses Bruegal’s 16th century paintings as inspiration for portraits of villages in 2024. We are inviting 100+ local residents to come together for a choreographed group photo in 3 locations in Buckinghamshire, including Burnham.
