Tree Trail

You may have noticed 27 posts with plaques around Burnham Park designating trees of particular interest. The posts form part of an exciting project led by residents Shirley Shaw and Viv Nicholas to establish a tree trail around the Village Green and inside Burnham Park.

The posts also bear a QR code which leads to further information on the tree; simply open the camera on your smartphone, hold it in front of the QR code, and click on the link that appears!

The leaflet refers to the history of trees and Burnham Park itself too, and was produced with the help of a number of local residents whilst SEGRO kindly agreed to meet the costs of producing the posts, plaques, and leaflets. We encourage families, schools, and residents of all ages and abilities to come and experience the trail!
